-One pound of ground beef; one small onion, diced finely; two minced garlic cloves

– Half a cup water

– 8 tiny soft tortillas or taco shells – 1 cup of shredded lettuce
- Diced tomatoes, one cup
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
- A half-cup of sour cream
- Hot sauce or salsa (optional)
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Guidelines:
1. To make the beef filling, heat up some oil in a big skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chopped garlic and onion, and sauté until transparent.

4. Add Toppings: - Sprinkle chopped tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, and any additional toppings you choose, such salsa, sour cream, hot sauce, or cilantro, on top of the beef.
5. Serve: - Fold the tortillas or taco shells in half and proceed to serve right away.
